Production method
1. When the relative molecular weight is small, acrylic acid is polymerized in the presence of initiator and chain transfer agent, and the product can be obtained by neutralizing with sodium hydroxide. By controlling the reaction temperature, the type and amount of initiator and chain transfer agent, monomer concentration, reaction time and feeding method, products with different relative molecular masses can be obtained.
2. When the relative molecular weight is high, the acrylic acid is neutralized with sodium hydroxide, after refining, it is polymerized in the presence of an initiator to obtain the product. Products in solid form can be obtained by drying, granulating or crushing.
3. It is made by radiation polymerization of the neutralized substance of NaOH and acrylic acid abroad.
